Subject	Ohm compatibility between Stealthbox and Amp question

Message	JL's website says the Stealthbox is wired for 3-Ohm mono. I was looking at getting a Rockford Fosgate Amp model 501S which is rated at 500w@4-Ohm mono. RF's site says not to go below 4-Ohms bridged. Does the JL sub being wired for 3-Ohms affect anything? I don't know much about car audio. Will this amp work with the Stealthbox? Thanks!
